A Resource Agency is more than a service provider. We are an active presence built from the inside out, shaped by the voices of those who have lived this crisis, and equipped to extend that hard-won knowledge to everyone who needs it. NAHT's systems are survivor informed and, where appropriate, survivor led — a distinction which is not incidental, but foundational to our effectiveness and how we operate.

NAHT's work begins with direct intervention. We have walked alongside survivors through rescue, restoration, and the long road toward becoming a thriver. The Tennessee Bureau of Investigation and institutions across the region are turning to NAHT — not for general awareness, but for training, frameworks, and a proven model for how to respond. NAHT brings that resource to middle and high schools, colleges and universities, and professional sectors including healthcare, first responders, and social work.

And the work doesn't stop at borders. Through international affiliates and operational partnerships — including a network of private aviators supporting extractions — NAHT is part of a global response to a global crisis – a crisis too large to face alone. But together, where the need exists, we are building the capacity to meet it.
