SEEDS leadership training program
We offer survivors more than a job — we offer the hope of a new identity in Jesus. SEEDS is an acronym for Support, Equip, Employ, Disciple, and Send. This is a one-year paid leadership training internship with discipleship and mentoring at the core of our model.
Our hope and goal is that, after one year, each intern will have a more confident understanding of who she is in Jesus Christ, rooted firmly in His Word. With this renewed understanding of her identity, she will launch from her internship with a fresh paradigm for what it means to be a disciple at work.

Sweet Daisy is the social enterprise of NAHT. Through our SEEDS Leadership Training Program, we provide survivors with meaningful employment, biblical discipleship, leadership development, and mentorship in a survivor-informed work environment where it is safe to learn, grow, and make mistakes.
