Joseph "Joe" Trice grew up attending Christ Presbyterian Academy, and was blessed to be around many strong Christian families and mentors. He quickly bonded to the Trapnell family through their son, William, and through them became aware of human trafficking in their community. He later came to know that this was earlier than most and is still shocked at how hidden this issue manages to stay in a time where so much is being exposed.
After graduating high school, Joe attended UT where he majored in Accounting and Finance with collaterals in Information Management and Analytics. Joe wrote and performed music in Nashville while interning at HCA during the summers, performed healthcare analytic research through a scholarship program, and finally graduated their Masters of Accountancy program. Joe transitioned to a job on the Audit Data Innovation Team at Ernst and Young in October of 2019, and he is excited to have the opportunity to help wherever he can with an issue placed on his heart for some time now. The issue of Human Trafficking can easily slip past anyone’s radar, and he looks forward to changing this narrative.
